Basketball Fitness Club for Women

 

DAE Foundations basketball fitness program for adult women includes a balance of explosive power, lateral agility, and injury prevention (particularly focusing on stamina strength and mobility). This program is designed for women who want to get back in shape while managing strength and the recovery needed for adults.

Eligibility 
– 18 and older
– Interest in getting and staying in shape 
– No basketball experience needed! 

Investment
5 sessions = $125/phase 

1st Phase: Pre-Season Conditioning

2nd Phase: Basketball Skills and Drills
