The DAE Foundation will host Open Gym sunDAEs this summer for middle school basketball players. The program will allow athletes to continue playing after their travel season is completed.
“Open Gym is to get players from the Lowcountry prepared for the upcoming season,” says DAE founder, Jermel President, “They’ll also get to enhance their level of performance and basketball IQ.”

All participants have to be registered in order to play. No walk-ins. The high school scrimmages will be live streamed.
The DAE Foundation was founded by Burke High School and College of Charleston alum, Jermel President. DAE’s mission is to educate and train student-athletes to become skilled, effective and responsible citizens of their communities. DAE addresses the needs of student-athletes in a holistic manner, combining innovative basketball skills training with an emphasis on moral character, academic progress, and overall physical and mental health.
